History

For more than three generation the Stieffenhofer family has been connected to the production of Lebkuchen, biscuits and flan cakes. In 1927 the company has been founded in Koblenz-Güls by Heinrich Stieffenhofer, whereupon in 1996 the head office moved to Bassenheim. The production of gingerbread and flan cakes is still located in Koblenz-Güls, whereas in Bassenheim a miscellaneous assortment of shortcake biscuits is produced.
